FlexZone Media ('FlexZone Media', 'we', 'us') is the seller of the service you purchase by creating an account. The service is offered through this website and consists of artificial intelligence analysis tools for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook content.

By creating an account, paying for a plan, or continuing to use FlexZone Media, you accept these terms and the Privacy policy y la Refund policy . If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You represent that you are of legal age in your country and that, if you are acting on behalf of a company, you have the authority to bind it.

FlexZone Media analyzes the content you provide (a video, a transcript, or a description) and returns a report with risk signals and recommendations. Depending on the plan purchased, it includes a monthly number of analyses, access to one or more platforms, creation tools (ideas, hooks, schedules, strategy, hashtags, text rewriting, thumbnails, and FlexZone AI Video Creator), and the current policies page for each platform.

Analyses and credits for each plan are counted separately, reset on the 1st of each month, and do not carry over to the next month. Limits are applied automatically within the system.

• You must provide true data and keep it up to date, including your email address.
• Keep your password secret and do not share your account: you are responsible for everything done from it.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect someone else can access your account.
• You can delete your account at any time; doing so will delete your reports.

You use FlexZone Media at your own risk and agree not to use it for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or spam activities, nor mass sending of unsolicited messages.
• Uploading, generating, or disseminating content that infringes on third-party rights (trademark, copyright, image, privacy) or includes child sexual abuse material, threats, harassment, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
• Creating deepfakes or impersonations of real people without their consent, or sexual content involving minors.
• Interfering with the service's security: malware, probing or scanning systems, automated data extraction (scraping), reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass analysis and credit limits.
• Using results for regulated professional advice (health, legal, financial, or tax) without the supervision of a responsible professional.
• Reselling, redistributing, or giving third parties access to the service without written authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit the processing of content that we consider risky, illegal, or contrary to these terms.

You retain rights to the material you upload or write. You grant us only the necessary license to store, process, and return the report to you, and for security and service improvement purposes.

The texts, reports, thumbnails, and videos generated from your material are for your use within plan limits. You are responsible for verifying you have rights to what you provide and for reviewing results before publishing.

If you are a rights holder and believe that something hosted or generated with FlexZone Media infringes your rights, contact support using the contact listed at the end of this page, identifying the material and the reason. We will review the notice and may remove or restrict the content. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Reports are generated with AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your case. They are not a decision from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook, nor a confirmation of a violation: they are guidance for you to decide with more information. They also do not constitute legal or professional advice. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will increase your views, reach, or help you avoid restrictions.

Creator Pro costs $69.99 USD per month after a 3-day free trial. To start the trial, you must provide a payment card and agree to the subscription terms. At the end of the trial, $69.99 USD is charged automatically and the subscription renews at that price each month, unless you cancel before the trial ends. The first charge date is displayed at checkout.

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Review the price, first charge date, and any applicable tax displayed before confirming the subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the “Manage or cancel my subscription” link, available on Plans when signed in to your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. If you cancel a paid subscription, access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period, subject to the actual subscription status. Check the confirmation and end date in the management portal.

The separate offer of 1 free analysis requires no card or subscription and does not automatically convert to a paid plan. It is separate from the Creator Pro 3-day trial.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously breach these terms, if a plan is not paid for, if there is a risk of fraud or security, or if there are repeated serious violations of usage rules. You can also stop using the service and delete your account whenever you want.

Requests for billing or refund help are handled under the Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription or closing an account does not itself trigger a refund; check your subscription status to confirm whether any renewals remain scheduled.

We work to ensure the service runs without interruptions, but we do not guarantee it: there may be outages, maintenance, or temporary limits due to technical reasons, providers, or force majeure (events beyond our reasonable control). No promise a minimum availability time.

FlexZone Media retains ownership of the site, its software, design, brand, and documentation. These terms do not grant you the right to use our brand or copy the service.

The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we give no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you have paid in the 6 months prior to the event causing it, and we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data, or reputation. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as willful misconduct or personal injury, is not excluded.

If a third-party claim arises from your content, an illegal use of the service, or a breach of these terms, you will be responsible for the reasonable expenses it causes us.

We may update these terms. If the change affects you significantly, we will notify you by email or with a visible notice on the site before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of the place where FlexZone Media has its principal establishment, and the parties submit to the competent courts of that location, unless your country's law gives you rights that cannot be waived. We will first attempt to resolve any differences in good faith.

You cannot assign your contract without our authorization; we may assign it in the event of a merger or sale of the business.
