Stripe collects and processes card details and billing information provided during subscription checkout. FlexZone Media does not store the full card number or security code. We store Stripe customer, subscription, and price identifiers, subscription status, and trial and billing-period dates to link the subscription to your account and manage plan access.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe: processes subscription payments and provides the subscription management portal. We share your account email when creating the Stripe customer and link payment records to your account using identifiers. Stripe communicates subscription status to us to manage access. Refunds are processed through Stripe under our Refund Policy.
  • Technical providers who provide us with service (hosting and database, file storage, email delivery, AI models that generate reports and pieces): they act on behalf of FlexZone Media and only use the data for those purposes.
  • Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) when necessary to defend or fulfill our obligations.
  • Authorities or courts, when a law or valid request requires it.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Account data and your preferences: while your account is active; afterwards they are deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary.
  • Videos you upload for analysis: deleted automatically as soon as the analysis is finished. If the process is interrupted, they are deleted within 24 hours.
  • Your reports, thumbnails, and videos created: until you delete them or close your account.
  • Records required by law (invoices and payment receipts): for the period required by the tax regulations of the corresponding country.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, receive a copy in electronic format, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to your country's data protection authority.

To exercise your rights, write from your account email to the support contact listed above. We will respond within 30 days at no cost. You can delete your account and history from the app itself at any time.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted communication between your browser and our servers, private storage of the files you upload (only you can see them), internal access control, and account activity logging.

No system is 100% secure, so it also depends on you to use a unique password and not share your access.

Cookies and local storage

We use local storage and strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. If you sign in with Google, Google places its own identification cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for commercial purposes.

You can delete them from your browser settings; in that case, you will have to log in again.

International transfers

Your data is processed on our providers' servers, which may be outside your country. In such cases, they rely on recognized data protection guarantees (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) so that the level of protection is equivalent.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post it here with a new date. If the change is significant and affects your rights, we will notify you by email before it takes effect.
